CCMS is a cash management facility in DriveTrack Plus program that enables a member to
- Provide central pool of funds available for all user cards issued to the member
- Authorize employees/drivers to transfer funds from central account to user card for fuel purchases

The members can also track the location of their vehicles. All the driver has to do is to present the card at a participating outlet for a 'tracking transaction' post which the information will be available on your web account or on the customer care number.

SERVICE MANDI - 24 X 7 SUPPORT
HPCL in association with ServiceMandi is offering 24x7 emergency road assistance to all Oxygen carriers in case of a breakdown across the country. ServiceMandi has a network of 20,000 Technical Associates (TA) nationwide who will be giving high priority for the Oxygen carriers. A customer care team who can assist in 10 local languages supports them.
Scope of service
- Customer can download ServiceMandi app for fleet manager from google play store or call our customer care number to register a breakdown request
- Customer care will allocate nearest TA based on the location of the vehicle
- TA will reach the vehicle location
- Estimate of job cost will be shared with fleet operator
- Based on the approval from the fleet operator jobs will be carried out by TA
- Fleet operator / Driver to pay the amount to TA based on the approved estimate
- Expected time of response will be 4 hrs in normal circumstances.

If drivetrack team gets a breakdown, assist call they should call ServiceMandi customer care and raise the order, upon closure of the order ServiceMandi customer care team will update drivetrack team and close the loop.
